Individual Yoga Therapy

We offer 1:1 yoga therapy sessions for a wide range of concerns. Rooted in neuroscience and holistic healing, yoga therapy can support wellness of mind, body, and spirit through meditation, breathing techniques, yoga postures, and self-inquiry.

Overcome! Clinic

Overcome! is an affordable, evidence-based Yoga Therapy program created by and for people who have experienced anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other manifestations of unresolved trauma.

Participants meet for 5 sessions to learn and practice breathing, meditation, and yoga techniques that support reprograming stress and anxiety cycles.

Offered every fall, spring, and summer.

Sunday Yoga at Saged

This class focuses on building resiliency and connection, practicing nervous system awareness and regulation, and cultivating self-trust and self-compassion through yoga.

Class meets on Sundays from 2-3pm at Saged Wellness Center

Gentle Somatic Yoga®

Gentle Somatic Yoga® incorporates therapeutic somatic movements that are designed to help you feel more comfortable in your body. For many people this easily accessible method is ideal for letting go of persistent stress-based patterns of pain, stiffness, and postural imbalances.

Through a process of brain-to-muscle repatterning most people find beneficial results that are immediate and long lasting. Gentle Somatic Yoga® is unparalleled in terms of its capacity to nourish, liberate and enhance the vitality of the Soma (Whole Self).
