We have a heart for empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of yoga. Some of the conditions we work with include:

  • Chronic Pain, including low-back pain, arthritis, and pain associated with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue

  • Mental health, including anxiety, stress, depression, trauma and PTSD, insomnia, grief and loss

  • Neurological concerns, including complications of stroke, multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson’s disease, and traumatic brain injury (TBI), lingering COVID-19 symptoms

  • Support for illnesses such as cancer, diabetes, and heart disease

  • Overall wellbeing and healthy aging

 

Through our sessions, I was able to learn new tools to help me through times of doubt. I even stopped biting my nails, which was always a nervous habit of mine when I was struggling. I am now kinder to myself and more mindful about negative thoughts. I look forward to practicing and utilizing all of the things that I have learned.”
