We have a heart for empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of yoga. Some of the conditions we work with include:
Chronic Pain, including low-back pain, arthritis, and pain associated with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue
Mental health, including anxiety, stress, depression, trauma and PTSD, insomnia, grief and loss
Neurological concerns, including complications of stroke, multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson’s disease, and traumatic brain injury (TBI), lingering COVID-19 symptoms
Support for illnesses such as cancer, diabetes, and heart disease
Overall wellbeing and healthy aging
